"After traveling the world with my kids, I grew frustrated by the lack of healthy dining options in airports and cities. Instead, I found overpriced, unhealthy meals made from cheap ingredients and fried in old oils. Many kitchens were unsanitary, with staff wearing gloves but using them improperly handling everything from tables to boxes, then touching food. To top it off, I was often pressured to tip on inflated prices and make purchases just to use seating areas."
